Frequently asked questions
Where can I download HotIPTV Plus?
On the App Store, for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV (iOS, iPadOS and tvOS 17 or later). Versions for other devices are coming soon.
Does HotIPTV Plus include channels?
No. HotIPTV Plus is a media player only, with no channels or content included. To watch anything, you add your own playlists.
Is it free?
Yes. HotIPTV Plus is free, with no ads.
What do I need to add a playlist?
Your playlist's Xtream Codes details: server address, username and password.
Where are my login details stored?
Only on your device. Passwords are kept in the Apple Keychain and are sent only to the server of your playlist.
My playlist doesn't load. What can I do?
Check the server address (with http:// or https:// and the port, if there is one), your username and your password. If it still doesn't work, check that your playlist details are still valid.
I forgot my parental PIN.
In Settings, delete all playlists. This also removes the PIN and all locks. You'll need your playlist details to add them again.
